This is the format I tell every provider to explore first. The economics are the best in the business: create once, set up the quiz once, sell while you sleep. It’s also the foundation for turning one live workshop into multiple revenue streams.
Can I offer CEUs for a recorded webinar?
Yes. On-demand formats are fully accepted as long as the assessment meets BACB requirements and the certificate includes all required fields.
How do I verify the learner watched?
The assessment is your verification. Write a good quiz and let it do the work. No DRM or watch-time tracking needed.
What’s the setup process?
Upload content, set up course in your platform, write assessment, add evaluation, configure certificate template, share the quiz link.
Can I charge?
Absolutely. On-demand CEUs are one of the most natural digital products a clinician can sell.
How do I keep it relevant over time?
Review periodically, especially if you reference BACB guidelines. Add a “last reviewed” date to your course description.
On-demand CEUs are the closest thing to “create once, sell forever” in the CEU world. It’s the format I wish I’d started with.
